Can I Use the Generated Models Commercially?
Full Commercial Rights
If you are a paid subscriber, yes, you can use the 3D models generated on Neural4D for commercial purposes. We believe that creators should have full freedom to monetize the assets they bring to life using our platform.
Whether you are developing an indie game, producing VFX for a commercial film, or creating marketing materials, your generated 3D models are yours to use commercially.
Paid Plans vs. Free Tier
Commercial use permissions are tied to your subscription tier:
- Paid Subscribers (Pro/Enterprise): You receive full commercial rights to the models you generate in your workspace, with absolutely no attribution required.
- Free Tier Users: Assets generated on the Free tier are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not monetize or use these assets in commercial projects.
Using Community Showcase Models
If you download or remix models from the public Community Showcase, different rules apply. As previously mentioned, all assets in the Showcase are released under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license.
This means that even if you are a paid subscriber, if you use another creator's model from the Showcase in a commercial project, you must provide appropriate attribution to the original creator as mandated by the CC BY 4.0 license.
Original Inputs and Copyright
Please remember that you are responsible for the reference images you upload. While Neural4D grants you the right to use the generated 3D output commercially, you must ensure you have the legal right or copyright to use the original 2D input image.
If you have any specific licensing questions, feel free to contact us for feedback.
