Neural4D deducts Credits when you submit a generation task. If the task fails because of a server-side error, the deducted Credits are returned to your account automatically.

Which task outcomes receive a Credit return?

Task outcomeWhat happens to your Credits?
Server-side failureThe deducted Credits are returned automatically.
Successful resultThe Credits are not returned after the task completes and produces an output.
Result does not match your expectationsThe Credits are not returned because the task completed. Adjust the input or settings before submitting a new task.
Repeated submissionEach submission is a separate task and is charged separately.

Neural4D does not currently provide a way to cancel an active generation task.

How to verify a refund in Usage History

  1. Open your Account page.
  2. Find the Usage History section.
  3. Review the Date & Time, Type, Details, and Amount columns.
  4. Look for the failed task record and the related Credits Return entry.

Usage History is available on every plan and shows your full history. It does not currently provide filters, search, or export.

What if the Credit return is missing?

If a confirmed server-side failure has no matching Credits Return entry, contact support@neural4d.com or submit the issue through the Feedback page.

Include the problem description, your contact information, and screenshots of the failed task and Usage History. A Task ID is useful when available, but it is not required.
