Currently, Neural4D does not support manual subscription cancellations from within the user dashboard. We designed our billing system to be hassle-free, meaning you won't be trapped in recurring auto-renewals that you forget to turn off.

| Automatic Downgrade | You do not need to take any action or contact support to cancel your plan. Once your current paid subscription cycle ends (whether it is a 7-Day Pass, Pro Monthly, or Pro Annual), your account will simply and automatically downgrade back to the standard Free plan without any unexpected charges. |
| Credit Allocation | While your subscription remains active, your Pro power credits will be automatically added to your account every week. You can use these credits across all Neural4D generation tasks, including Text-to-3D and Image-to-3D. |
