Your Pro plan benefits and remaining power credits will stay fully active until the exact end date of your current billing cycle.

Can I manually cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sign in and go to the Account page. Under Plan Information, click the "Manage" menu to manage or cancel your subscription. If you have any questions, please contact support@neural4d.com.

Credit Allocation

While your subscription remains active, your Pro power credits will be automatically added to your account every week. You can use these credits across all Neural4D generation tasks, including Text-to-3D and Image-to-3D.
